Top three in UK Grassland Farmer of the Year 2016

Awarded best grassland Farmer in Scotland and then invited to the final awards after reaching the top three in the UK.

In 2016 we entered an annual competition set by the British grassland society to find the best grassland farmer in the UK. Our entry was enough to get a visit from the jugdes who visited some of their favourite applications.

This was a rewarding experience pushing our family to look more closely into our grassland management. Competitions like this are fantastic ways of benchmarking and meeting others to improve your own grassland efficiency.

Looking forward to spring again so we can have some more fun with paddocks and rotations.
