LDS Win Prestigious Farming Award

Earlier this month Logie Durno Sheep were crowned The Royal Northern Agricultural Society Award for good farming practice. 

The award which was kindly sponsored by Aberdeenshire council was awarded to the Ingram family, for farming excellence and good practice while also maintaining traditional farming practice.

The Judge, Mr Peter Chapman from Redbog Strichen praised the sheep breeding company for its efforts in creating an on farm ram sale which has just celebrated 10 years allowing 300 commercial rams from their 8 breeds to be sold this year of farm.

Mr Chapman also kindly commented that " The Ingrams are game-changers in the sheep industry. They are bringing sheep genetics into the 21st century and their stockmanship and grassland management are second to none."
