Rhaeadr Orlando

Orlando was purchased for 5,500gns after standing Reserve champion at the 2015 Premier Sale.

We chose to add Orlando to the team because of his unbelievable width and carcase. For years now length has been at the top of the selection list at LD, as we believ that length is the optimum way of increasing carcase weight and price for our customers. The inclusion of Orlando will allow easy fleshing to go along with our extreme length, creating what we believe will be a great terminal sire for the future.

As an aged ram Orlando won Champion at the RHAS and also was part of the charollais pair in the RWAS interbreed pair competition.
